The Process
Pre-meeting
A meeting is required as soon as possible, to discuss the wedding, get to know each other, let you see the gorgeous Queensberry albums at first hand, discuss your thoughts about the photography and define what you want the bespoke photographic service to be. There may be particular relatives who need to be photographed; Kate needs to know how many ushers, bridesmaids and other key members of the wedding party there will be and who they are. The meeting is usually at your chosen location for the wedding reception. Any specific backgrounds that you’ve already spotted for group shots may then be discussed as well. If the package is accepted, the booking is then firmed up at this meeting or soon afterwards.
Three packages are offered
Gold package includes
Pre-wedding shoot – for the couple to select an image for the wedding stationery and/or sign in sheet
This takes place 6 months or so before the wedding day (if that much time is available)
On the day
Bride getting ready – shots at home or location for Bride and her party’s preparation
Bridegroom and Best man + Ushers - shots at home, or location for Bridegroom and his party’s preparation, or at the church or venue for the ceremony (depending on timetable)
Kate attends the wedding whether it is in a church or other venue.
Customary shots of Bride and her father (or whoever is giving her away), Groom and ushers, congregation and any specifically identified people/relatives about whom the couple have informed Kate.
Appropriate shots will be taken of the ceremony and arrival and departure from the venue.
(A list of these people will be prepared and documented in advance, possibly at the meeting to discuss arrangements).
Unusual shots of Bride and Groom after the wedding at an agreed location, the churchyard, the reception venue or other as planned at the prior discussions or as inspiration strikes on the day.
Attendance until the start of the evening event and first dance
After the wedding viewing of the images
At the pre-meeting, or when accepted, a date will be agreed for the viewing of the prepared images selected from the best shots on the day. A slide presentation will be shown and album images selected, as well as album choices (cover, colour of pages and style of pages) firmed up.
Cost including Queensberry digital or overlay album (7in x 10in) of 10 pages or 40 images (Leather covered), and all the above £1,795.00
This price includes VAT
Travel within a radius of 50 miles of East Horsley is included in the price.
At the viewing of the final images choice of wedding album and selection of images will determine any additional cost.
(Expenses not included in the above price, including travel outside the stated distance, hotel and subsistence to be discussed and agreed, depending on wedding location)
Album selection
Additional images, and added album features, including more elaborate cover styles can be added and priced accordingly. Mini albums for parents or other relatives are also available.
Specific additional requests will be individually priced.
Additional presentations of images such as canvases and acrylics are priced according to normal portrait prices.
Platinum package
Includes all the above elements plus:-
Queensberry album upgraded to Duo style, 10in x 14in including 12 pages or 70 images, and the images selected for the album in High resolution on a disc.

Includes all elements of standard package plus:-
Queensberry album upgraded to Duo style 12in x 15in up to 100 images, and the whole set of images selected at the viewing, whether for the album or not in High resolution on a Disc.
